Dr. Elena Black is a highly trained orthodontist and provides the highest quality orthodontic treatment in an individualized manner, because we know—everyone’s smile is unique! Can I reach you by phone instead?

My kid is in treatment—am I too old for orthodontic treatment?

There’s no age limit for orthodontic treatment! If you’re an adult and are worried that you can’t start treatment because you’re not a teen—don’t be. In fact, according to the American Association of Orthodontics, 1 in every 3 patients in orthodontic treatment is actually an adult. 

What if I'm interested in sleep wellness treatment?

We’re proud that Dr. Black is a Diplomate of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine. If you’re having trouble sleeping, check out our Sleep Wellness Treatment page or ask Dr. Black during your next appointment. 

I’m getting my braces off soon. Will I have to wear retainers?

Yes—wearing retainers is the final step in your orthodontic treatment. If you don’t wear your retainers as directed by Dr. Black, your teeth may shift back to their previous positions. We don’t want all of your hard work to go to waste, so make sure to wear those retainers when you finish treatment!
